A middle school student who illegally filmed a woman using a cell phone in a public toilet has been arrested by the police.
Ulsan Nambu Police Station announced today (14th) that they are investigating the case of middle school student A for violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (photographing using cameras, etc.).
Army A is accused of illegally filming a woman with a cell phone by sneaking into a women's bathroom near the Taehwa River in Ulsan around 8:40 pm on the 12th.
Group A was caught by the victim and tried to escape, but was caught by a woman's family waiting outside the bathroom and handed over to the police.
Police are investigating other crimes by finding additional photos and videos suspected of being illegally filmed on Army A's cell phone.
