A woman in her 20s was arrested after cutting off a communication line with scissors while hanging from the exterior wall of the building because she had lost access to the game.

The Dunsan Police Station in Daejeon announced that they had booked a 20-year-old man without detention on charges of damaging special property and sent him to the prosecution.

On the 14th of last month, Mr. A is accused of cutting off the communication line by hanging on the exterior wall of a villa in Seo-gu, Daejeon.

It is said that he threatened the police who were dispatched after receiving the report, saying, 'I will jump if I come near' and 'I will throw scissors'.

It was pouring rain at the time, so the police judged that Mr. A would be seriously injured if he slipped and fell, so he asked 119 for cooperation, installed a mat, and after arguing for about 30 minutes, he was arrested.

As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that Mr. A committed the crime because he thought, 'Others should not have access to the Internet' when the connection was cut off while playing an online game.

As a result, Internet access in this area was interrupted for a while.
