“This year we plan that the light Angara will also fly, and after the payload is determined by our main customer, the heavy Angara will also fly, when it will be - the end of the year or the beginning of the next - this is their question,” Rogozin said. 

He clarified that at the moment the rockets have already been manufactured, one of them is aimed at the Plesetsk cosmodrome.

Earlier, the head of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, said that Russia plans to launch all of its Proton rockets.
