Nonhyeon Station, Seoul Subway Line 7, has been bid for 900 million won, the highest price ever in a bid for the 'Station Name Weapon Sales Project'.

The station name arming project is a business that allows you to write the names of nearby companies or institutions side by side in the name of the subway station after receiving money.

Seoul Transportation Corporation has been implementing this project since 2016 to solve the financial difficulties.

Recently, three bids were held, and out of 50 subway stations, four were successful: Nonhyeon Station (Line 7), Euljiro 1-ga Station (Line 2), Seolleung Station (Line 4), and Myeongdong Station (Line 4).

Among them, Nonhyeon Station was sold for 900 million won to a large ophthalmology clinic in Gangnam, the highest price ever.

Both Euljiro 1-ga Station and Myeong-dong Station were sold for 800 million won and 650 million won, respectively, and Seolleung Station was sold to a savings bank for 750 million won.
