The rain has subsided over the past night, and now it is not raining in most parts of the country.

The main roads that have been controlled since yesterday (30th) are also reopening one by one.

Let's connect with a reporter who is out at Jamsu Bridge in Seoul.

Reporter Kim Deok-hyun, how was the passage of Jamsu Bridge?

<Reporter>

Yes, normally, this is the time when vehicles and people are in full swing on the Jamsu Bridge, but now it is still closed due to the overflowing river water.

However, the submerged Jamsu Bridge is gradually being revealed again.

The water level here, which had exceeded 8m at 11 o'clock last night, drew a downward curve and dropped to 6.78m a little while ago.

The discharge continued overnight, but as the rainy season front moved north, the rain that had continued all day yesterday subsided.

Heavy rain warnings for some areas in northern Gyeonggi and Gangwon have also been lifted.

How are the other roads that were controlled yesterday other than the Jamsu Bridge?

<Reporter>

Yes, most of the main roads in the city have resumed traffic.

As the water level of the Jungnangcheon stream rose, the controllable Dongbu Arterial Road was allowed to operate again from midnight.

Traffic restrictions were lifted on some sections of the inner ring road, and vehicle operation resumed at the upper and lower interchanges of Yeouido on Olympic Boulevard a while ago.

However, as there are still some sections where vehicles cannot travel, such as some underpasses with stagnant rainwater, it is advisable to check the road conditions through Seoul traffic information before going to work.
