In Doan-myeon, Jeungpyeong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, at around 6 am, the underpass flooded and one vehicle was isolated and the driver got out alone.



In Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, 21 residents who were trapped in eight submerged homes in low-lying areas were also rescued by the fire department.

At around 0:30 in the morning, a car driving along the first lane in the direction of Ilsan at the Seoun Junction of the Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway in Seoun-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon collided with the median.



A driver in his 30s, who was outside the vehicle in the accident, was killed in a secondary accident when he was hit by two other cars.



At around 1 am, a 25-ton truck headed for Busan from the Jungang Expressway in Bongyang-eup, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do collided with a guard rail, killing a driver in his 50s.



At 10 am, at Gwanggyo Tunnel in the direction of Gangneung on the Yeongdong Expressway in Suwon, Gyeonggi, a 25-ton truck slipped in the rain and blocked the exit of the tunnel, blocking the exits of all three lanes, preventing vehicles in the tunnel from moving for about an hour.



The wall collapsed and the soil was lost.



In the morning in Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, due to heavy rain, the 30m Galsancheon Bridge and 100m Gosancheon Embankment in Unsan-myeon collapsed, and a sinkhole occurred in front of the apartment in Taean as well.



At around 9 am, a report from Taejeon-dong, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do that "the mountain near the house collapsed and soil and sand entered the terrace" came in, and it was reported that the fire department took safety measures at the scene.



In Yuljeon-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, the wall of the villa collapsed and the whole area was in chaos.
