The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the flow of vehicles on the Jamsu Bridge has been completely controlled from 9:04 a.m. due to an increase in the amount of discharge from the Paldang Dam due to torrential rains in Seoul and the upper reaches of the Han River.



The Seoul Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters explained, "The discharge volume of the Paldang Dam has increased to more than 6,800 tons per second."

As of 9 am, the water level of the Han River under the bridge was 6.22 m.



From 6.5m, the Jamsu Bridge, which fills the road with water, controls the vehicle when the water level exceeds 6.2m.
