According to Peskov, it will take 10-20 years to create such a fund, where innovative projects of Russian scientists will be collected.
It is planned to include 30-50 advanced developments.
“The question is to have your own “Diamond Fund” of technological developments that either only you have, that is, this is technological superiority, or three to five other countries in the world have it, that is, technological parity,” the special representative said.
In addition, Peskov stressed that this fund needs to be constantly updated, because technologies become outdated and lose their relevance.
