The court pointed out, "The crime situation is not light in that an adult assaulted a minor and inflicted injury."
However, the court explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The sentence was decided in consideration of the fact that the defendant's son was seriously beaten by group B and was hospitalized with a fractured nose, etc., and committed the crime accidentally."
