is the CCTV footage of the underground parking lot of an apartment building in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province last night.



In about 10 minutes, the parking lot floor is filled with muddy water.



The torrential downpour from the evening caused the soil and sand accumulated at a nearby road construction site to flow into the parking lot along with rainwater.

A driver in his 50s who was trapped in a vehicle was rescued from an above-ground parking lot in Songdo, Incheon.

The vehicle was isolated after the front wheel fell into a puddle created by heavy rain.



In Hongcheon, Gangwon-do, three campers were isolated and rescued by the sudden surge of river water.



In Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, a roadside tree fell and touched a high-voltage line.



Due to this wind, 1,700 households in the area suffered a power outage for 1 hour and 40 minutes.



From last night to this morning, it rained heavily throughout the country, mainly in the central region, with cumulative precipitation exceeding 170 mm and 120 mm, respectively, in Chuncheon and Seoul, Gangwon-do.



Damage occurred one after another in the metropolitan area and Gangwon-do, with 8 houses and shopping malls and 34 vehicles being flooded.



In addition, 44 hectares of agricultural land were flooded.



As the rainy season front goes down to the southern seas of Jeju Island, a heat wave exceeding 30 degrees will come this weekend, mainly in inland areas such as Seoul.



Rainy rain is expected to begin again in the metropolitan area and Yeongseo next Monday afternoon and continue until Thursday.
