A story came out of a consumer who asked for an apology again when the chicken ordered for delivery came out with a foreign substance and left a one-star review. 



Yesterday (23rd), an online community posted an article by Mr. A saying he had an argument with the owner of a chicken restaurant in Incheon. 



According to the article, Mr. A was eating the chicken he ordered using the delivery app the day before and found long hair stuck to his fried clothes. 



In response, Mr. A left a comment saying "I will never eat again" with 1 star in the review of the chicken restaurant, and then received a text message from Mr. B, the owner of the chicken restaurant.

Mr. B said, "I will contact you separately after seeing the review of the delivery app." "I think my hair got in during the cooking process. First of all, I'm sorry. We apologize for the inconvenience." 



Then, Mr. B said, "But I will give you one piece of advice. No matter how much it is, I should receive an apology for the part that gave me 1 star and publicly criticized me as 'I will never eat again'," and demanded that he call himself and apologize.  



He also said, "If black consumers like you spoil a review, you need to get 5 stars from dozens of customers to increase your rating," he said.



In the post, Mr. A said, "I got hair on the chicken, but they don't give me a refund and I get angry because they call me a black consumer." 



Netizens who heard the story responded, "The chicken restaurant owner really has no conscience", "It's ridiculous that he made a mistake and gave advice", "It's a pity that the review could have been corrected if he sincerely apologized."
