Yesterday (23rd) around 7pm, earth and sand poured down on an apartment in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do.



The soil that was piled up for road construction near the entrance of the apartment was swept away by heavy rain and hit the underground parking lot.



Residents were unable to sleep at night due to the heavy rain that continued to fall, and they had to fall into anxiety.

Last night around 10:10, Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul was enveloped in darkness.



A street tree that fell in the heavy rain touched the high-voltage line of KEPCO, causing inconvenience to 974 households, including apartments in the area.



KEPCO said that it was restored in about 1 hour and 40 minutes through a temporary measure to bypass the high-voltage line.
