Police have sparked controversy by putting up a banner depicting a motorcyclist as a dog violating traffic laws.

This is a banner stating that we will intensively crack down on violations of traffic laws targeting traffic violations, sidewalk driving, unlicensed driving, and drunk driving.

On one side is a picture of a police officer cracking down on a dog riding a motorcycle.

The Cheonan Dongnam Police Station posted a placard in 15 places along the road under its jurisdiction on the 17th to prevent them from driving in violation of traffic laws.

The Chungnam Provincial Party of the Justice Party, who saw this, criticized 'those who violate traffic laws and delivery workers who use motorcycles for economic activities are all dogs' and pointed out that 'it seems to be an expression of disrespectful treatment of citizens'.

Rider Union, a labor union for delivery workers, is also known to have complained to the police.

The police said that it was not intentional, but they said that they removed all the banners because they thought, 'You might think that way' in response to such a protest.
