Amid growing protests from front-line police officers over the police control movement of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, Commissioner Kim Chang-ryong decided to hold an emergency meeting presided over by the Commissioner of the National Police Agency on the afternoon of the 17th.



According to SBS coverage, Commissioner Kim Chang-ryong decided to gather all the chiefs of the National Police Agency at 5 pm today to discuss pending issues ahead of the announcement of the final recommendation of the Police System Improvement Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.



Earlier, Commissioner Kim posted a letter to the internal network of the National Police Agency yesterday (16th) and started to rectify the organizational atmosphere.
