A 20-year-old man who was tried for years of sexual assault against his younger sister, who was a minor, was acquitted in the first trial.

The 12th Criminal Settlement of the Seoul Western District Court (Chief Judge An Dong-beom) held the sentencing date today (16th) and acquitted Mr.

The court said, "It is difficult to clearly specify the time of the crime based on the victim's statement alone."

"The victim's statements are inconsistent and there is no other evidence other than the statements," he said.

Lee's lawyer, who came out after the sentencing, said, "I respect the judgment of the court.

The father of the accused, who attended the trial together, answered, "Her sister is a child who is very mentally ill" to a reporter's question about what he thinks about this sentence.

Previously, Mr. A was charged with molesting or raping her sister Mr. B since 2016.

The incident became known when her sister B posted a national petition in July last year saying, 'I am living with the perpetrator as a victim of sexual assault'.

Mr. B said "

He also complained, "My parents stood on the side of my brother, who was the perpetrator, and appointed several private lawyers.

The prosecution requested an 8-year prison sentence for Mr.
