In the United States, an American novelist and essayist has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of her husband.

An unusual index of her guilt, she had published a long text on her blog a few years earlier entitled: "How to kill her husband".

The American author will not be able to apply for release before 25 years.

In Oregon in the United States, Nancy Crampton was recently sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of her husband in 2018. Novelist and essayist, she had published a text entitled:

How to kill her husband

a few years earlier , in which she explains the different ways to "get rid" of her partner.

She will not be able to apply for release for 25 years.

Detailing weapons and various motives

"I have some bad news to share. My husband and best friend, chef Dan Brophy was killed on Tuesday morning."

This is what Nancy Crampton left as a message on Facebook, the day after the death of her husband, found dead in his workplace with two bullets in his body in June 2018.

First clue to his guilt for the police, the widow, 71, in financial difficulty, was to receive 1.5 million dollars in life insurance.

Second clue, slightly more telling: Nancy Crampton, author, essayist and novelist, had published a book called The wrong husband

some time earlier

.

Even more explicit, she had published on her blog a text entitled

How to kill her husband

, in which she detailed the different motives, the weapons to be used: poison, gun, knife, etc.

"You can hit him in the head or stab him with a kitchen knife. But most of the time, it leaves clues that point to you," she wrote.

Not exactly the perfect crime, especially since she was seen near the crime scene.

The Oregon court sentenced her to life in prison.

Unable to apply for parole for 25 years, the 71-year-old author will probably end her life in prison.
