The son of the president of a golf resort company who was handed over to trial for illegally filming scenes of sexual intercourse with women has been sentenced to prison in the first trial.

Judge Kim Chang-mo, the 14th Criminal Independent of the Seoul Central District Court, sentenced Kwon Mo in his 30s, who was indicted for filming and distributing using a camera, etc. under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act, to two years in prison.

He also ordered 40 hours of sexual violence treatment program completion, 3 years of disclosure and disclosure of personal information, and 5 years of restrictions on employment at child and youth-related organizations.

Mo Jang and Mo Seong, who helped Kwon illegally filmed, were each sentenced to 10 months in prison.

The court explained that the sentencing took into account the fact that Kwon did not deny the crime and showed no remorse, that he had committed crimes against the victims for a considerable period of time and was not forgiven by the victims, and that he was arrested while fleeing overseas.

In particular, the court judged that the shooting was done without the consent of the victims in light of the fact that the camera used by Kwon and his group was in the form of disguising an object other than the normal camera shape, and that the film was filmed with the lens covered.

Kwon was put on trial for years of illegally filming scenes of sexual intercourse with several women, etc. in his apartment in Seoul with his accomplice secretary.
