In a residential area in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, a report was received by the police saying, "There are two suspicious people with syringes in the car."

At that time, the perpetrator was holding a syringe in the vehicle and was caught by a nearby citizen.



In broad daylight on holidays, even on the streets of many people, it was the bold drug use.

Person A, who was confirmed to be drug-positive as a result of the test.



It was also revealed that while driving a car and running away, he got drunk on drugs and got to the point where he couldn't drive anymore, so he called an acquaintance and gave him a surrogate drive.



Person B, who is suspected of taking drugs with Person A, disappeared during the escape process and has not yet been arrested.



The police have applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A and are tracking the whereabouts of Mr. B, who fled.
