Eun-hae and Cho Hyeon-soo, who came to the court of law on June 30, 2019, nearly three years after the death of Mo Yoon in the valley.

The trial was delayed by a week as the two people who had previously been assisted by different public defenders jointly appointed private lawyers.

Eun-hae Lee and Hyun-soo Cho, dressed in green shrouds, entered the courtroom in a calm manner and answered the judge's questions.

Prosecutors believed that the murder was planned whenever the victim Yoon received a notification that his 800 million won life insurance premium payment was overdue and that the effect would be lost.

After the 5th notification of invalidation due to non-payment of insurance premiums, they put pufferfish poison in a maeuntang and fed Mr. Yoon, and at the 6th notification, they drowned at the fishing ground.

At that time, Jo Hyun-soo drowned Yoon and caught him from behind, and Lee Eun-hae blocked the other party from approaching the crime scene, the prosecution said.

After receiving the 7th notice of the loss of insurance, he was forced to dive in the valley, and in the end, Mr. Yun drowned.

Prosecutors determined that they had reached 'murder by title' after psychological domination and economic exploitation of Yoon.

The victim Yoon's older sister and brother-in-law also sat in the audience and watched the entire trial.

[Victim Yoon Mo's brother-in-law: When he came in, he didn't bow his head at all and there seemed to be no room for reflection.]

[Victim Mo Yoon's older sister: The pain we suffered over the past three years, those people again suffered the same as us. I hope that.]

Lee Eun-hae and Jo Hyeon-soo rejected the public participation trial.

At the second trial to be held on the 30th, the prosecution and defense counsel will debate whether to admit the evidence.
