On November 15, last year, a man in his 40s, A, who wielded a weapon at a couple living downstairs and their daughter in their 20s due to a noise problem between floors.



The court sentenced 22 years to 22 years in prison, saying, "Mr.



Previously, the prosecution had requested 30 years in prison for A, saying, "The victim has to live the rest of his life with a 1-year-old intelligence." 



The court judged that the intention of murder against all three victims was recognized because Mr. A was sufficiently aware that the victims could die and had bad feelings for all three victims.



The court also found that Mr. A had trouble controlling his anger and was at risk of recidivism, and ordered him to wear a location-tracking device for 10 years.



After the trial, the victim's side appealed for strict punishment for the two police officers who left the scene even though they knew the seriousness of the incident.

The officers in question were dismissed for poor response and sent to the prosecution on charges of negligence.



The victim's side said that the police officers who were dispatched when the daughter called 911 for the first time just returned, and that the incident occurred five hours later, and they plan to file a complaint with two additional officers who were dispatched for the first time.
