The bride-to-be in her 30s was arrested on charges of imprisoning the bride-to-be for 10 hours and assaulting her.



Yesterday (25th), the Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul announced that they had recently arrested a man in his 30s on charges of violating the Domestic Violence Punishment Act (injury, assault, etc.).



Mr. A is accused of detaining Mr. B at his residence located in Jeongneung-dong, Seongbuk-gu from 2:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the 19th and assaulting his face and other body parts.



In the process, Mr. A took his cell phone so that Mr. B could not inform others of the damage.



On the 20th, the day after the crime, the police arrived at the scene after receiving a report from an acquaintance of Mr. B, and urgently arrested Mr. A, who was in a state of intoxication.

When the police arrived, Mr. B had bruises all over his body.



However, as a result of the investigation, it is known that they were a prospective couple who were about to get married next month. 



In the police investigation, it is said that Mr. A claimed to the effect that "(B) was angry because he drank with another man." 


As a result, the police ordered Mr. B to stay in a temporary shelter.



A police official said, "We are seeking psychological treatment and financial support for the victim."
