Yesterday (25th) around 9:30 pm, a power outage occurred in an apartment complex and officetel in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
The power supply was restored around 10:20 pm, which took about 50 minutes, but 2,400 apartments and 400 officetels suffered inconvenience.
A KEPCO official explained, "It seems that the power outage occurred because of the magpie nest built on top of the electrical equipment of the Guro Tax Office."
