According to the police, Mr. A is suspected of injuring Miss B by knocking over a baby chair at a restaurant in Gimpo on December 30 last year.
Ms. B suddenly fell backward while sitting on a chair and was diagnosed with a concussion at the hospital for 3 weeks before.
At the time of the crime, it is known that Mr. A was receiving treatment for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and had just been discharged from the hospital.
B's father, who chased after A and hit him on the head, was also charged with assault and sent to the prosecution.
