A teenage man who threatened to distribute a sexual exploitation video against a female student his age was arrested and handed over to trial.
The Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutor's Office announced on the 23rd that they had arrested and indicted a teenage A on charges of threatening to use and produce, distribute, and use sexually exploited material under the Act on the Protection of Children and Adolescents.
In February of this year, Mr. A was indicted on charges of making a video call with a teenage victim, asking him to show his body, and then recording it with his mobile phone and making it into a video file.
He is also accused of threatening to "distribute the (produced video) to your school" when the woman refused to meet in April of this year.
