According to the Chungnam Fire Department today (20th), at around 4:20 pm yesterday, a 7-year-old boy and his 40-year-old mother were attacked by two dogs while playing in an apartment complex in Taean-eup, Taean-gun.

Her mother bit her right arm, and the child is known to have deep wounds on her face and shin.

The 119 rescue team rushed to the scene upon receiving the report and moved the two people to a nearby hospital by firefighting helicopter.

The police captured the two dogs who attacked the hat, and confirmed that the dogs were dogs raised by residents of a detached house near the apartment through a built-in recognition chip.

The two captured were identified as a border collie and a pit bull terrier.

The pit bull terrier is classified as a dog under the Animal Protection Act.

The police will analyze the surrounding CCTV to determine how the dogs escaped the house and entered the apartment, while the dog owner, a man in his 40s, will be charged with violating the Animal Protection Act.
