In January, I was informed of the suspicion that an incumbent police officer had collusion with the complainant.

The police officer whom the complainant called the older brother was placed on standby, but the investigation has been sluggish for four months.

Correspondent Kim Kwan-jin followed up with the coverage.

<Reporter> This

is a conversation between Mr. A, who sued an ex-partner, and Inspector B, an investigative officer at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul last year.

Mr. A calls Inspector B the older brother and urges the investigation.

[Mr. A / Complainant: I think my brother's heart is going to explode.

Just this month.] In

the previous conversation, Inspector B blames his investigator, implying that he is looking into the case himself.

[Inspector B/Inspector General: I told you to write it quickly.

A person who doesn't even know how to write a report needs to know something to write a report.

Then, take mine.]

He even advises Mr. A how to bind the other party.

[Inspector B / Investigation Examiner: You say (the accused) continues to threaten you.

That has to be pressurized.

Do it again.]

Mr. A sometimes recommends coin investment to Inspector B.

[Mr. A / Complainant: Hyung-ah, take a coin.

I'll give it to you bro.

I'll do the same for you, bro.

I'll give you a ball.]

After the adjustment of the investigative authority, the investigative examiner, newly established to control the investigation itself, was suspected of collusion with the person involved in the case.

But after four months, no progress has been made in the investigation.

There was no search and seizure of offices or cell phones, and it is known that only the work computers of Inspector B and some investigators were obtained in the form of voluntary submission.

[Defendant: Before changing the mobile phone, he said that he had to do a forensic by seizing the mobile phone and conducting a forensic (I said), and he said that he missed the timing.]

When asked the reason for the delay in the investigation, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said, "The investigation is proceeding normally." only explained.

The informant who was sued by Mr. A submitted a complaint to the prosecution, who took over the case, to investigate the suspicion of a collusion between Mr. A and Inspector B.
