An organization specializing in financial and securities crime investigations, which was declared by Minister of Justice Han Dong-hoon as his inauguration, was established at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office.
The Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office announced today (18th), "We will reorganize the existing financial/security crime investigation cooperation group and launch a new 'financial and securities crime joint investigation team'."
The Joint Investigation Team is an organization to respond to various financial and securities crimes, including unfair transactions in the capital market, such as market price manipulation, and consists of a total of 48 people including prosecutors.
