This situation was relayed to the CCTV control center, and the control center officials who witnessed this immediately reported it to the police.

The police who arrived at the scene questioned Mr. A, but Mr. A denied the crime, saying he was the reporter.

The police showed the video received from the CCTV control center, and Mr. A confessed to the crime only then and was charged with theft.

As a result of the police investigation, it was revealed that, in addition to the crime, Mr. A was the subject of notification of nomination for violation of the Road Traffic Act for driving without a license.

A police official explained, "As a result, even if there is no stolen property, theft is recognized the moment you move someone else's property from the spot with the intention of stealing."
