By type of crime, sex-related crime was the most common at 33%, followed by theft at 26%.



When looking at the number of crimes by route, Line 2 had the highest number of crimes, followed by Line 5, Line 7, and Line 4.



Seoul Transportation Corporation explained that 'criminal methods are also evolving day by day,' and 'there were some cases where they were caught illegally filming by attaching a small camera that was modified directly to shoes.'



In response, he said that they are strengthening the crackdown by intensively deploying subway sheriffs at Gangnam Station and Sadang Station, which are areas where crime is frequent.
