Former OurHome Vice Chairman Koo Bon-seong, who was accused of ignoring an executive from his younger brother's management dispute, was acquitted.

The 6th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office recently dismissed the former vice-chairman's accusation of negligence on the grounds of insufficient evidence.

Former Vice Chairman Koo is accused of falsely reporting in June last year that an executive who was known to be close to his younger brother Ji-eun Koo was imprisoning a female employee in the conference room of Our Home headquarters.

At that time, it is known that it had been about a week since the former vice-chairman Koo Ji-eun was appointed as the CEO, after he was sentenced to six months in prison and two years of probation in the first trial for retaliatory driving and other charges.

The police reported that the former vice-chairman was found guilty and handed the case over to the prosecution, but the prosecution determined that there was not enough evidence to substantiate the charges.
