[New Prosecutor's Representative: As a representative of the public interest, I want to uphold justice and human rights and protect my neighbors and community from crime...

Following the Prosecutor's Office Act, 67 new prosecutors were commissioned one day before the National Assembly's plenary session of the amendment to the Criminal Procedure Act.

When the bill goes into effect, they are the first prosecutors to work in line with the new criminal system.

In his congratulatory speech, Minister of Justice Park Beom-gye emphasized the need for a bill that is overhauled.

[Park Beom-gye/Minister of Justice: Our prosecution power must be exercised so that the people can sympathize and understand, not justice alone.

Investigations involving human rights violations legally must be controlled internally and externally (.)]

About two hours later, Acting President Park Seong-jin met the new prosecutors at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and the congratulatory remarks were more of a protest against the National Assembly.

[Park Seong-jin / Acting Prosecutor General: Legislation that shakes the foundation of the criminal justice system and denies the prosecution system stipulated by the Constitution has been pushed forward.

On behalf of my seniors and members of the prosecution, I express my gratitude and apologetics.]

Minister Park told him to listen to the people and Acting President Park also wanted to become a prosecutor for the people, but the directions were different.

In the midst of this, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office sent an official letter to the Ministry of Justice, asking the Minister of Justice to review the request for reconsideration of the oversight bill.

Minister Park Bum-gye said that he sent the official document to the Ministry of Justice without attaching the Ministry of Justice's opinion.
