As quarantine measures are eased, many of you are planning to travel abroad, but there are also a lot of foreigners who are interested in traveling to Korea.

In a survey conducted by the Korea Tourism Organization on about 30,000 men and women aged 15 and over in 21 countries with high demand for tourism in Korea, 47% of the respondents, nearly half, said that they intend to visit Korea within the next three years. I did.

By age group, 58.6% in their 20s and 58% in their 30s had a high response rate.

By country, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam preferred to travel to Korea.

The most common reason for wanting to visit Korea was 'there are many cultural experiences and things to enjoy on the theme of K-pop and Hallyu stars'.

It is an analysis that the global popularity of K-contents such as the group BTS and the drama Squid Game had a positive impact.

However, 3 out of 10 respondents said they would come to Korea 'when Korea is considered safe from COVID-19', so a safe tourism environment also seemed to play a major role in deciding where to travel.
