This is a black box video installed in a special vehicle used to tow an aircraft.

A man from the back of the tow vehicle was inspecting the car body and suddenly disappeared from the screen.

Moments later, another person approaching from the back of the vehicle is startled and runs to report it.

This is the picture at the time of the fatal accident that occurred at around 5 pm yesterday, inside the repair shop at Incheon International Airport.

A 37-year-old man, who was servicing an aircraft towing special vehicle in a repair shop, was caught between the wheel and the body of the vehicle and died.

A's co-workers testified that Mr. A was lifting the rear wheel of the tow vehicle and checking for oil leaks, but the engine turned off and the wheel returned to its original position, suggesting that the accident occurred.

They also claimed that no signs or safety personnel were present at the time of the accident to indicate that they were working.

[Mr. B/Mr. A's colleague who died: It became a habit of course (I had to work) all the time, and there were no signs or anything like that.] The

union argued that it was due to a chronic shortage of manpower.

The company said it was not true that there was a chronic shortage of manpower, but said it would wait for the results of the investigation into the cause of the accident.

The site of the accident is a workplace where more than 50 people work and is subject to the Serious Accident Punishment Act.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor said it was ordering work to be stopped and that it was investigating whether the Act on the Punishment of Serious Accidents was violated.

It is known that the police also called an employee who was believed to have turned off the vehicle at the time of the accident to investigate.
