A YouTuber who was arrested on charges of swinging a hammer at former Democratic Party leader Song Young-gil died today (24th) by making an extreme choice at the Southern Detention Center in Seoul.
According to the correctional authorities, a fellow inmate discovered that YouTuber Pyo, in his 70s, was dead at around 3 am today and informed the detention center.
The Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, which has jurisdiction over the Southern Detention Center, has requested an autopsy warrant to determine the exact cause of Pyo's death.
