In this way, various suspicions surrounding the candidates for the first cabinet of the Yun Seok-yeol administration are pouring out every day.

Summarizing the allegations raised so far, three main characteristics can be seen.

Reporter Kim Deok-hyun explains this in detail.

Three things stand out: the suspicions surrounding the candidates for the first cabinet of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration: 'adviser', 'outside director' and 'child specification'.

First, the experience of the advisory board.

The representative candidate is Lee Chang-yang, the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, whom we reported yesterday (19th).

SK hynix and LG Management Development Institute received 60 million won a year for consulting, a total of 120 million won.

Candidate Jong-seop Lee, who you saw earlier, also received 3 million won a month and 2 million won a month from government agencies, etc., respectively.

As explained by Candidate Chang-yang Lee, such advisory history is sometimes omitted from the personnel hearing request data because it is not an official position or major activity.

The second characteristic is the experience of outside directors.

Seven out of 19 candidates for the first cabinet are three, five, and two, respectively, more than the previous government's first cabinet.

These are the companies that 7 people worked for,

and they earned close to 50 million won to 90 million won a year.

In particular, Candidate Chang-yang Lee for Minister of Industry and Trade received 730 million won from three companies only as an outside director.

These seven people maintained their positions as outside directors until they were nominated, but they were criticized for acting as a de facto 'bouncer' with a nearly 100% approval rate on the agenda of the board of directors.

The last characteristic is the suspicion of preferential treatment for children's specifications.

The daughter and son of the Minister of Health and Welfare candidate Jeong Ho-young transferred to Kyungpook National University Medical School while Chung was serving as vice president and director of Kyungpook National University Hospital, respectively.

The daughter of the Minister of the Interior and Safety candidate Lee Sang-min had an internship in Yulchon, a law firm where her father worked when she was in high school. I did my master's degree in the US.
