SNCF Connect, the unique new SNCF application, suffered a tornado of criticism when it was launched at the end of January.

After having extensively reworked its tool, the SNCF recently announced the arrival of new functionalities, report

.

Thus, at the beginning of May, it will be possible to pay for train tickets with dematerialized holiday vouchers or gift vouchers directly on the application.

SNCF Connect users will also have access to train composition, a month-long price calendar and an alert system when certain tickets go on sale.

A tool finally adopted

New precise search filters (direct routes, “low prices”) will also be available, as will a “clear mode” for the display screen.

These additions thus seem to continue to respond to the criticisms made against SNCF Connect, riddled with bugs, from its launch.

After 150 hotfixes, users finally embraced the new tool.

Thus, since January 25 (launch day), 36 million tickets have been sold via the application.

The latter has also been downloaded 1.6 million times and 23 million users have updated.
