A story about a delivery driver leaving a damaged TV leaning against the front door has been reported, drawing outrage from netizens.

On the 17th, an article was posted on an online community indicating the delivery status of TVs ordered online.

Author A said, "I got a bonus from the company and ordered a 500,000 won TV to replace an old TV in my mother's house, who lives alone."

However, Mr. A could not hide his embarrassment when he received a text message that the parcel delivery was complete.

Because the large TV box in the shipping picture was leaning against the front door of my mother's house.

According to Mr. A, the delivery location was just six steps down from the entrance to the villa, and there was enough space for the TV in addition to the front door.

Mr. A said, "You can put the TV on the wall next to it, but if you leave it like that, how do you open the door?" He said.

He then went on to say, "I was so angry when I saw the delivery picture, I contacted the customer service center and they just sent me a message saying 'I will check and contact you by 5 o'clock tomorrow' and there is no word on what to do."

The next day, Mr. A posted again, "When I visited my mother's house yesterday, the TV was standing in front of the front door as it was in the picture." "The driver blocked the door with the TV, so my mother was unable to get out of the house." I did.

He concluded the article by saying, "I just got an answer from the customer center, and it was because there was no space to put the TV. I will leave it up to you to decide whether there really was no space."

Netizens who heard the story of Mr. A said, "If I had opened the door without knowing it, the TV would have been shattered", "There is a lot of space, but I think it was intentional to put it in front of the door", "In my experience of working with delivery, blocking the door with bulky items is 100 % intentional" and so on.
