Prosecutors have requested an arrest warrant for Lee Eun-hae and accomplice Cho Hyeon-soo, who are accused of killing her husband.
The two still declined to comment, but prosecutors were confident they could prove the crime.
Prosecutors are also looking into whether anyone helped them escape.

There are three main charges against Lee Eun-hae and Cho Hyun-soo, the suspects in the valley murder case for which the prosecution requested an arrest warrant.
First of all, in June 2019, Lee's husband, who could not swim in Yongso Valley, Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province, was charged with murder by drowning her husband, Mo Yoon, and not saving him.
The two are also accused of trying to get 800 million won in life insurance in the name of the deceased after killing Yoon.
In February and May of the same year, charges were also applied for trying to kill Yoon by feeding him food mixed with pufferfish blood or drowning him in a fishing spot.
The two men, who refused to testify immediately after the arrest on the 16th, saying, "I will appoint a lawyer and start the investigation," did not receive a separate investigation today.
However, an official from the prosecution said, "There is a lot of evidence that has been identified through the prosecution and police investigations so far," and "I am confident in proving the charges."
The investigation into how the two people who disappeared before the second subpoena investigation by the prosecution on December 14 last year fled for four months is also accelerating.
Prosecutors plan to conduct subpoena investigations as soon as the identities of those who helped them escape are identified.
Prosecutors are said to have secured related evidence, such as a cannon phone provided to the two by an assistant.
In fact, it was confirmed that they roamed around Gyeonggi-do for 1 night and 2 days with their acquaintances even during the public wanted.
The substantive examination of the warrants for the two will be held tomorrow at 3:30 pm at the Incheon District Court.
It seems that the decision on whether to arrest him or not will be made late at night.
