The two people who disappeared while being investigated by the prosecution in December of last year were arrested today (16th) at about 12:40 in an officetel in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.



It's been 17 days since it went public.



The police explained that Lee Eun-hae's father had persuaded him to surrender, but Lee said that he would surrender, revealed the location of his hiding place, and sent an arrest team to arrest him.



This case, which was treated as a simple accident at the time of the incident in June 2019, reached a turning point in October 2020 when SBS 'I want to know' raised suspicions.



Afterwards, through additional investigations by the police and prosecutors, it was revealed that two people who were in a relationship were murdering Yoon for 800 million won in insurance money.



Yoon's family said, "I have been waiting for this day for a long time.



Prosecutor Ahn Mi-hyeon, who closed the internal investigation in the case of Yoon's death three years ago saying there were no criminal charges, posted on Facebook an apology to the victims and their families.
