It is a road in a residential area in Busan.

An SUV from the parking lot of a nearby mart suddenly rushes and hits middle school student A who was walking on the street.

The accident happened around 10 o'clock last night, and group A was on his way home from school after class.

Citizens on the road came to the rescue, but in the end, group A died in the hospital.

[Moon Nam-hee/Nearby residents: There was a loud bang as if the house was collapsing.

No matter how hard I tried to pick up the car, there were a lot of people.

I can’t hear (car) even if I hear it.]

The vehicle in the accident struck a pedestrian and then even hit a parked car.

As a result, even the wall behind the car collapsed like this.

You can see how great the aftermath was at the time of the accident.

Driver B in his 30s took the wheel after drinking with his acquaintances.

At the time of the accident, Mr. B refused to take a breathalyzer test by the police, but only 12 hours later, he admitted to drinking.

[Police official: The refusal of breathalyzer is recognized as it is because it has been established.

Refusal to take a breathalyzer is a heavier sentence than revoking (license) for general drunk driving.]

If you refuse to take breathalyzer, you can face up to 5 years in prison or a fine of up to 20 million won. It's heavy.

The police plan to apply for an arrest warrant for Mr. B by applying the 'Yun Chang-ho Act', which aggravates drunken fatalities.
