[Child's door doesn't open, why is this?]

No matter how hard I try to open the car door, the closed door doesn't dream.

On the internet community, there were posts saying that the car could not be returned and the car door could not be opened.

From around 1pm today, Lotte Rental's car sharing service 'Green Car' app broke down, and users' inquiries and complaints poured in.

Green Car is the second most used car sharing company in the industry after 'Socar' last year.

As you can see now, the app does not open, but the key to open and close the rental car door is built into the app only, so the app is broken and the car door does not open at all.

[Passengers damaged by green car: I did only one thing during today's schedule and couldn't do the rest, so I came to our terminal now.

To go home.]

[Green car victim: (Child is sick) I bought some medicine and put it in the car.

You can think of it as selling my car and only using the green car.

The feeling of betrayal is too great.]

As the website was all over the place, I couldn't even use the customer center or social media bulletin board.

[Users affected by Green Car: No phone calls and no action taken.]

Green Car, who had not been notified for more than an hour, posted a notice late, saying, "We are doing everything we can to solve the problem."

In a call with SBS, a Green Car official said, "The cause of the accident appears to be a server error.
