'Why doesn't it die after adding this much pufferfish skin (poison)?'

It was reported on the 7th that the prosecution secured a telegram conversation containing the wanted for the 'valley murder case' suspects Lee Eun-hae and her girlfriend Jo Hyeon-soo, who tried to kill Lee's husband, A (then 39 years old) with blowfish poison.

The Incheon District Prosecutor's Office, which started a full re-investigation in February last year, secured telegram messages exchanged with Cho after Mr. Lee fed her husband A with food mixed with fugu poison in February 2019.

It turned out that the message Mr. Lee sent to Mr. Jo contained the content of saying, 'Why don't you die after putting this much pufferfish skin (poison) in it?'

Prosecutors found about 20 'cannon phones' in the search and seizure of Mr. Lee's residence, and there they caught evidence that the police investigation could not yet secure.

Lee and Cho, with multiple criminal backgrounds, are known to mainly use cannon phones.

Prosecutors believe that those who obeyed the investigation until the first investigation in December of last year were highly likely to have fled when they learned that the prosecution had secured a telegram conversation containing the circumstances of the murder attempt ahead of the second investigation.

Lee and Cho are accused of forcing A, who is not good at swimming, to dive in Yongso Valley, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do in June 2019, and intentionally killed him without rescue.

Prosecutors have determined that the murders were planned murders aimed at 800 million won in life insurance in the name of Mr. A, and the investigation is ongoing.

Earlier, in February and May of the same year, they are also accused of feeding Mr. A with food mixed with pufferfish poison and trying to kill him by drowning him in the water.

On the other hand, on Saturday, the 23rd, SBS 'I want to know', which re-examined the case, will broadcast the contents of tracing additional suspicions related to the 'valley murder case'.
