Korea University announced that it has canceled the admission of Cho Min, daughter of former Justice Minister Cho Kuk, to the School of Environmental and Ecological Engineering at the College of Life Sciences.



In a press release distributed today (7th), Korea University said, "We have received the student's school life record submitted to the school for the entrance examination for the 2010 academic year. I confirmed that it was listed,” he explained.



He added, "The admission cancellation review committee of the university deliberated and decided to cancel the admission of the subject on February 22, 2022 in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Higher Education Act and the admission guidelines for the 2010 academic year of Korea University."



Korea University announced that it had completed the approval of the cancellation of admission on February 25, before the presidential election, and three days later, on February 28, sent a notice to the target (Jo Min) and confirmed that Cho received it on March 2.



Previously, Pusan ​​National University announced on the 5th that it had decided to cancel Cho's admission to the medical school for the 2015 academic year.



At the same time, the Ministry of Health and Welfare is planning to start the process of revoking Mr. Cho's doctor's license.



After graduating from the School of Environmental and Ecological Engineering at Korea University, Cho entered the Pusan ​​National University Graduate School of Medicine and passed the national examination for doctors in January last year.
