It seems that the final decision will be made on the afternoon of the 5th on whether or not to cancel the admission to Pusan National University Medical School for Cho Min, the daughter of former Justice Minister Cho Kuk.

Pusan National University announced that it will hold a faculty meeting at the university headquarters this afternoon to deliberate on this issue.

Today's faculty meeting is attended by 32 people, including the president, the dean of the college, and the officers of the university headquarters.

An official from Pusan National University said, "We plan to announce the results immediately after the faculty meeting."

If Cho's admission to the medical school is canceled after the final decision of the faculty meeting, it is likely to affect whether his doctor's license will be revoked and whether his admission to Korea University will be revoked.

However, since the Ministry of Health and Welfare has the authority to revoke a doctor's license, even if Pusan National University decides to cancel Cho's admission to medical school, it will take a considerable amount of time before the doctor's license is revoked.

It is known that if Pusan National University sends the results of the academic meeting in an official letter, the Ministry of Health and Welfare will hear your opinion within three weeks and then issue a disposition to cancel the license according to the Administrative Procedure Act.

However, if Mr. Cho files an application for suspension of execution against Pusan National University and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, he will go through a lawsuit on the merits.
