This is a CCTV video of the scene on the day of the incident that was released by the victim's family of the inter-floor noise knife riot incident in Incheon on November 15 last year.

At around 5:01 pm, two police officers, male and female, arrived in front of the villa after receiving a report, and the victim, husband A of a woman in her 40s, opened the front door.

Moments later, a male police officer brings Mr. A out of the villa and chats with her, but as she hears a scream, she runs into the building.

A female police officer who meets them while rushing down from the upper floor of the building pretends to stab her in the throat as if explaining what she just witnessed.

Unlike her husband, who runs straight to the third floor, the male police officer takes the female police officer out of the villa.

[Kim Min-ho / Victim's legal representative: I go down calmly.

I can't see the urgency of the incident or the urgency of rescue.]

Even after that, the two police officers stand in front of the door, walking back and forth even though the automatic front door is open.

It was 3 minutes later that I took out the taser and the tripod and went back into the villa belatedly.

At that time, the victim pointed out that the explanation of the police officers that they went down to request support and could not go up because the automatic door was closed was false.

[Kim Min-ho / Victim's legal representative: There was enough time to re-enter the scene.

Nevertheless, we see that they were quite hesitant and did not have the will to immediately suppress the perpetrator at the scene.]

CCTV footage of a female police officer reenacting the crime, who said she could not remember exactly the situation at the time due to psychological shock, was captured twice on CCTV. .

The victim's side criticized the police for missing the golden hour due to the police's poor and procrastination, and criticized that the dispatched officers had not done anything until her husband subdued the culprit.
