Person A is accused of having to install banners in about 70 places in Incheon in December of last year and in January stating, 'Immediately investigate Kim Gun-hee's false career and fake history'.

After receiving complaints from the Bupyeong-gu Election Commission and citizens' reports, the police identified the identity of Mr. A, who requested the installation of the banner through CCTV.

The police plan to call Mr. A to investigate the exact circumstances and motives of the crime.
