In addition, Mr. A knocked on the front door of Mr. B's house several times over 3 days from December 18 and shouted "Hey, come out", and she is accused of wielding a weapon by the police who were dispatched after receiving a report.

As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that Mr. A committed the crime on the grounds that 'After moving to Mr. B's neighbor in March 2017, Mr. B opened the hallway window and it was cold.'

In the process, it was also revealed that Mr. A suffered from disorders such as delusions and hallucinations due to chronic schizophrenia.

In response, the court said, "The victim must have felt extreme mental pain and fear due to Mr. A's crime, and the risk of the act is high in that it could cause physical harm to the police officers." He has a history of committing a crime punishable by a sentence of imprisonment or heavier punishment, so he needs to be treated at a treatment facility.”

However, he explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The sentence was decided in consideration of the fact that Mr. A was judged to be in a state of weakness in his ability to discriminate objects or make decisions at the time of the crime of this case."
