From next month, if you neglect to sell advertisements for sale, such as apartments, posted on internet real estate portals, you will be fined for negligence.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced today (29th) that it will impose a fine for negligence on false advertisements for sale detected through the 'real estate advertisement monitoring based on real estate transaction information' introduced in January of this year after verification by the competent local government.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is deferring the imposition of fines from January to March for the establishment of this system.

In consideration of the case where multiple real estate agents posted advertisements for the same property, fines are imposed only on real estate agents who do not remove advertisements even though they have directly signed a real estate contract.

We do not impose fines on real estate brokers who have difficulty confirming whether the transaction has been completed because they do not directly sign a contract after the advertisement is posted.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, 1.37% (37,705 cases) of the 2,744,188 apartment sales advertisements exposed on Naver Real Estate between January and February were found to be left undeleted after the transaction.

Among them, 0.31% (8,700 cases) of advertisements were neglected by real estate agents who signed the contract directly.
