Today (29th) around 10:09 am, a fire broke out on the 7th floor of an obstetrics and gynecology department building in Seowon-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do.
The obstetrics and gynecology department in the fire consisted of a new building and an old building, and the fire department said that 26 out of 30 people in the two buildings, including mothers, evacuated or rescued themselves.
It has not been confirmed whether the remaining four were rescued.
The fire department has issued the first stage of response and is carrying out rescue and firefighting work.
