In Jeju, a strong wind with a maximum instantaneous wind speed of more than 41 m/s blew, and heavy rain of more than 500 mm fell in the mountains in one day, causing damage to the facilities.



According to the Jeju Fire and Safety Headquarters, a total of 83 reports of strong winds were received from the previous day until 9 am on the same day, including the collapse of the plastic house structure in Dongmyeong-ri, Hallim-eup, Jeju-si and the fall of trees along the road.



Fortunately, no casualties were reported.




However, the Jeju International Airport flight, which had been canceled in the afternoon the previous day, was normalized today.



According to the Jeju Regional Headquarters of Korea Airports Corporation, 472 flights (233 departures, 239 arrivals) are scheduled to operate from Jeju Airport on this day.



Large and small damage occurred in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, where it rained more than 100 mm with strong winds overnight.



According to the Jeollanam-do Fire Department, the road was temporarily flooded in Haeryong-myeon, Suncheon-si on the night of the 25th, and a small amount of soil at the construction site collapsed in the Middle East of Gwangyang-si this morning.



Also, at around 6:10 a.m., soil and sand flowed into the track between Beolgyo and Joseong Station on the Gyeongjeon Line, and the operation of the Gyeongjeon Line was adjusted.




In Busan, up to 80 mm of rain accompanied by strong winds fell overnight, and around 5:21 a.m. on the same day, some roads were controlled as soil presumed to have flowed down from an apartment construction site near the Dongcheon three-way street in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu.
